Students at chino high were finally able to apply for a lunch pass at the counseling office during lunch, before or after school with parent’s signature. With a lunch pass, students will be able to go out and enjoy their lunch off campus.

Students who applied to get a lunch pass at the counseling office had to bring a parent to sign the application. The parent also had to show an identification.

The students were also required to have a 2.0 GPA or higher. Students who had a free first or sixth period had an opportunity to bring their parent in during lunch.

Vanessa Carillo, a senior who got her lunch pass said “Finally, I was waiting a long time and was confused on why they didn’t give them out earlier”
